 We provide a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning services, such as recurring maid, one-time house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office deep cleaning, office one-time cleaning, special event cleaning, and regular office cleaning. 

 When estimating your home cleaning cost, we know that every home is as unique as the homeowner, so each home cleaning fee is calculated separately.   The size of your home, the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms, and other services such as interior cleaning of oven, microwave, and refrigerator can all have an impact on cleaning costs.  

 Payment is due on the day of each scheduled cleaning. Our customers can pay with a cheque, cash, or via electronic transfer.  If you want to pay with cash, please place it in a sealed envelope and leave on the counter. If none of the payment is selected, then we will process payment using credit card on file plus a $5 fee.

Check policy: If the bank returns your check for any reason, you will be charged a $50.00 processing fee.  

 Our regular house cleaning services are tailored to your requirements. They often comprise vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and other necessary services as requested.   

 Our house cleaners arrive prepared to perform the job using eco-friendly cleaning chemicals to provide the best results. You do not have to provide anything.  

 All of our cleaners are insured, and they are trained to clean your home to your specifications.  

 Cleaning a standard-sized home takes roughly three hours. Your home may take longer or shorter based on its size and the services you require.  

 All booked cleaning services can be canceled up to 24 hours before the planned time. If the customer determines within the 24 hour time restriction, Golden Age Building Service charges $80.00.  

  Call, email, or text us, and we'll re-clean the area for free.  

Please call, text, or email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled home cleaning day. Our rescheduling approach helps to ensure that you receive the best possible home cleaning service. Our cancellation policy is $80; however, we want to assist you avoid these fees!  

 If you have pets, we prefer that they not enter the areas that we clean so that we can clean your home more thoroughly and effectively; nonetheless, we are pet friendly and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so that we don't scare them or unintentionally release them outside. We also suggest that you secure them properly in case visitors make them nervous. For hygiene and safety concerns, our crews are not permitted to clean flea-infested
